Frequently asked questions
- What does “unlimited users|devices|covers” mean?

You might be used to other reservation books that charge you to add extra users or devices. With simpleERB you can have as many users and devices as you need on all of our plans. Our Pro plan and above also feature unlimited covers so you never need to worry about unforeseen charges.
- Will we be charged when the trial's up?

We don't ask for your credit card up front. At any time during the trial, or when the trial has finished, you can decide what you want to do. If you want to continue, we'll ask for your credit card then. If not, no hard feelings.
- Can we cancel at any time?

Yes. We're not going to lock you in to anything. Get in touch with us and we'll cancel your subscription at the beginning of the next billing period.
- What currency will I be charged in?

All plans are billed in GBP. Euro and dollar amounts are provided as indicative values only and are regularly updated based on latest rates.
Vat at 20% is charged for customers in the UK.
Customers in the EU but out-with the UK who supply a valid VAT number do not pay VAT. If no valid VAT number is supplied UK VAT at 20% is charged.
Customers outwith the EU do not pay VAT.
