Dear Customers,
welcome to our online booking service.
This is the way to book for The Gallery, enabling you to make and confirm all your requirements in one place.
If the booking system doesn't allow you to book on certain days or times this means we are fully booked or closed for academic activities or holidays.
We only operate term time only.
As we are a teaching restaurant, please be aware our menus and services reflect the students' training requirements.
We serve 3 course menus only which includes filter coffee, tea and herbal infusions.
Please be aware menus are subject to change at short notice.
Dietary Requirements - Please ensure that you tell us about any dietary requirements, food intolerances or allergies for you and your guests. Please input these in the 'comments/special requests for the restaurant' section of the booking form.
We will try to cater for your dietary requests where possible but can not guarantee this in all our dishes.
If you fail to give us details you may have to skip a course.
Please note we have now also moved to card payments only.
This enables us to maintain our prices and reduce our administrative costs.
Group bookings
We do take large group bookings these are subject to availability and a deposit maybe taken in advance .
our maximum seating capacity is 40. This is subject to academic requirements of students so we do not run at full capacity every service.
Please email for group booking quotions as the prices will be different to normal.

For lunch groups we would ask for you all to be seated by 12:15 for lunch and 18:15 for dinner.
So we can enable students to get to there next lesson after lunch service. To be able travel home safely after an evening dinner service .
We would ask for guests to
Leave by 14:00 for lunch
And by 21:00 for dinner
