We’ve resolved several bugs reported by users in the new design, please find the latest updates below.

PINS enabled – wrong credentials entered message
User with the PINS feature enabled, reported manager and owner pins or details were not being accepted on a confirmation popup for certain booking actions. This issue has now been resolved, and PINS or details will be accepted as required to confirm the booking.
Valid phone number prompt
We have revised the message prompt when entering a phone number in a booking. Previously, it stated: "Please enter a valid number between 10 and 15 digits." This has been updated to: "Enter a valid number." to better accommodate our global users, who may have phone numbers of varying lengths.
Bookings created with empty contact fields
Some users identified bookings were being created with empty contact fields and could not be updated. This occurred when a user navigated to the table layout to change tables before completing the booking, causing the system to confirm a temporary booking in the Diary. This is resolved, bookings will only be confirmed once contact details have been entered, and the booking is saved by the user.
Number field wiped after navigating to Table Layout
When creating a new booking and navigating to the Table Layout feature before confirmation, the customer number was being cleared upon returning. This has now been fixed, all field details entered remain when returning.
Hotel room number amendments not updating
Editing a hotel room number field within an existing booking was not updating correctly. This issue has now been resolved, changes will be saved as expected.
Booking Backup report email
As per our previous notification, the Booking Backup report email file and sending issue have been resolved. If you have this feature enabled, the report will now be received in an Excel format. The team are looking to improve the report details in due course.
