- What does “unlimited users, devices, and areas” mean?

You might be used to other reservation books that charge you to add extra users or devices. With simpleERB, you can have as many users and devices as you need. Our Pro plan and above also feature unlimited covers so you never need to worry about unforeseen charges.
- Will we be charged when the trial's up?

All plans come with a no commitment, 250 cover free trial; we don't ask for your credit card up front. At any time during the trial, or when the trial has finished, you can decide what you want to do. If you want to continue, we'll ask for your credit card then. If not, no hard feelings.
- Can we cancel at any time?

Yes. We're not going to lock you in to anything. Get in touch with us and we'll cancel your subscription at the beginning of the next billing period.
- What features are included in the standard plan?

Standard features include flexible booking & CRM management tools, mobile-optimised online booking widget for your website, reporting & anaylsitcs and online booking integrations with Google, Facebook & Instagram.
You can use simpleERB on an unlimited number of devices, support an unlimited number of users, and create an unlimited number of booking areas (e.g., bar, balcony, private room) for use in 1 venue account.

here. - What currency will I be charged in?

Plan prices in USD and Eur are guides on the GBP exchange rate when last updated in December 2025. Actual billed plan prices may vary.
VAT at the local rate (currently 21% in the Netherlands) is charged for customers based in the Netherlands.
Customers in the EU outside the Netherlands who supply a valid VAT number do not pay VAT (reverse charge). If no valid VAT number is supplied, Netherlands VAT (currently 21%) is charged.
Customers outside the EU do not pay VAT.
UK customers must account to HMRC for the reverse charge output tax on the VAT exclusive price of items marked reverse charge.
