How to move tables quickly in the Diary view
You can swap tables from the diary view in simpleERB using the quick move function.
Managing your floor plan efficiently is simple with the Diary view's quick move feature. This allows you to reassign bookings to different tables without leaving your main view.
How to swap tables
- Locate the booking in your Diary view.
- Click on the table number associated with the booking.
- This will trigger the quick-move box to appear.
- Enter the new table number you wish to move the booking to.
- If the new table is available, the system will instantly process the swap.
Important Note: This feature is only available for active bookings. A booking is considered active if it is currently within the table's set stay time and has not yet been marked as 'table ready'.
