How can I close out a time slot for all bookings?
Find out how to close out simpleERB for all bookings at a certain time.
If you ever need to close out a specific booking time slot for the entire simpleERB diary, we suggest using the 'close tables' setting.
How to close a time slot
Within the 'close tables' setting, there is an option to tick "all tables" when selecting the times you wish to close out.
Effect: Once "all tables" is ticked, the specified time slot will be closed for all bookings, including online widget and telephone reservations. The time slot will be completely blocked and unavailable even for 'manager only' bookings.
If there were existing bookings in place during the time slot you chose to close, those bookings will still stand.
Reopening time slots
If you need to reopen the time slots at any point, simply navigate back to the 'close tables' setting and delete the specific amendment.
